What reconfigure does: attaches a fresh WhatsApp Business number (and its new WABA) to your existing TwaBot account. Your agents, contacts, AI settings, flows, and historical analytics are preserved. Broadcast templates must be re-approved under the new WABA (Meta platform limitation). 24-hour cooldown between successful reconfigures. See our Terms for the full policy.

Pricing Questions

Meta charges a per-conversation fee based on message type: Marketing (₹0.96), Utility (₹0.21), Authentication (₹0.21), and Service (free within the 24-hour customer service window). These rates are set by Meta and are the same on every platform — TwaBot, Wati, Interakt, or anyone else. TwaBot passes these through at cost with zero markup.
Yes! Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features included in your selected plan. After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you pay the difference; if you downgrade, the remaining credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Platform fees are billed monthly. Meta conversation charges are billed separately through your Facebook Business account. TwaBot invoices are GST-compliant.

There is a 24-hour cooldown between successful reconfigures. Broadcast templates must be re-approved under the new WABA (this is a Meta limitation, not ours).
