Pricing Questions

Meta charges a per-conversation fee based on message type: Marketing (₹0.96), Utility (₹0.21), Authentication (₹0.21), and Service (free within the 24-hour customer service window). These rates are set by Meta and are the same on every platform — TwaBot, Wati, Interakt, or anyone else. TwaBot passes these through at cost with zero markup.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you pay the difference; if you downgrade, the remaining credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Platform fees are billed monthly. Meta conversation charges are billed separately through your Facebook Business account. An invoice is issued for every payment.
There's no monthly message cap on any TwaBot plan — we don't charge you per message. The only per-message cost is Meta's own conversation charge, which we pass through at exact cost with zero markup. Your real limit is the messaging tier Meta gives your number: a new number usually starts at 250 or 1,000 unique customers per day, and Meta raises it to 10,000 and then unlimited automatically as long as your quality rating stays good.
Unlimited, on every plan. There's no cap on keyword auto-replies, stored contacts, quick replies or contact labels — not even on Starter.
Knowledge base is included on Growth and Enterprise. You get two kinds of storage. File uploads (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, images): Growth 500 MB across 50 files (50 MB each), Enterprise 2 GB across 500 files (100 MB each). Typed knowledge you paste in directly: 200,000 characters on Growth, 500,000 on Enterprise (50,000 per entry). Enterprise also lets the AI read more of your knowledge base per answer — 12,000 characters on Growth, 30,000 on Enterprise — so a large catalog gives noticeably better answers on Enterprise.

Starter includes 1 free reconfigure per 90 days, Growth includes 3, and Enterprise includes 4. Additional reconfigures in the same window are ₹1,000 (2nd) and ₹1,500 (3rd). There is a 24-hour cooldown between successful reconfigures. Broadcast templates must be re-approved under the new WABA (this is a Meta limitation, not ours).
