Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TwaBot. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 3-day free trial with no payment required. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before your trial expires, your account simply becomes inactive — you will not be charged anything. You can subscribe to a paid plan at any time to reactivate your account.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your TwaBot dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your data (conversations, settings, contacts) will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow reactivation. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
3.1 Full Refund (within 48 hours)
If you subscribed to a paid plan and request a refund within 48 hours of payment, and you have used fewer than 100 messages during that period, you are eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Pro-Rated Refund (within 7 days)
If you request a refund between 48 hours and 7 days of payment, we may issue a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, at our discretion.
3.3 No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of payment
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial months or unused days within a billing cycle
- Dissatisfaction with AI response quality (as AI behaviour is configurable by the user)
- WhatsApp number bans or restrictions by Meta (this is outside our control)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@twabot.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Business name on your TwaBot account
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment transaction ID (if available)
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- We will email you a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the price difference is charged immediately. The new plan takes effect instantly.
- Downgrades: When you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
7. Service Outage Credits
If TwaBot experiences a significant outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, you may be eligible for a service credit equal to the pro-rated value of the downtime. Contact us at support@twabot.com to request a credit.
