Data Deletion Instructions

TwaBot respects your privacy and provides a way for users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your TwaBot account and associated data, please send an email to support@twabot.com from your registered email address.
2. Please Include
- Your registered email address
- Your business name
- Your WhatsApp Business number connected with TwaBot
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified, we will delete your account data, including your profile details, connected business information, stored conversation history, contact lists, and related platform data, except where retention is required by applicable law.
4. Deletion Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date of confirmation.
5. Revoking Google Calendar Access
If you connected your Google Calendar to TwaBot and want to revoke that access (this deletes the Google OAuth tokens TwaBot stored for your account), you can do it in two ways:
- Inside TwaBot: Sign in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Calendar & Meet → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored refresh token and access token from our servers.
- From your Google account: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find TwaBot in the list of third-party apps with access, and click Remove Access. Google will notify us that access has been revoked, and we will remove the tokens from our database.
Revoking access does not delete calendar events that TwaBot previously created on your behalf. If you also want to remove those events, please delete them manually from your Google Calendar.
